By accessing or using companion ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, distribute, or store content depicting minors in any sexual context. This is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

2. Content & Intellectual Property

AI-generated images, videos, and text created through the Service are generated for your personal use. You retain rights to content you create, subject to applicable laws.

The Service uses AI models to generate content. Generated content may not be used to impersonate real individuals, create non-consensual intimate imagery, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Tokens & Payments

Tokens are a virtual currency used within the Service. Tokens are non-refundable once purchased and have no cash value outside the platform. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.

4. Privacy

We collect only what is necessary to operate your account: email, display name, and usage data. Chat content is processed by third-party AI providers as described in Settings → Privacy. We do not sell personal data.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to AI-generated content that may be inaccurate or inappropriate despite our safety measures.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
