🔞 Age Verification

All users must be 18 or older. We verify age at signup and reserve the right to request additional verification.

🛡️ Content Safety

Every generated image and text passes through automated safety filters that block content depicting minors, in compliance with Canadian Criminal Code s.163.1. This filter cannot be disabled or bypassed.

🤖 AI-Generated Content

All characters on this platform are AI-generated. No real person is depicted, and users may not create characters that impersonate real individuals or produce deepfakes.

📸 User Photos

Characters and their images are AI-generated — you cannot upload a photo to stand in as a character. The one exception is uploading your own face for a couple selfie: those uploads are automatically moderated before use, logged together with your adult confirmation, and never shared with other users. Sending arbitrary photos into a chat is not supported.

💚 Crisis Support

If a user expresses thoughts of self-harm during a conversation, the AI responds with care and provides crisis resources. The AI never refuses to engage with someone in distress.

🔒 Data Privacy

Conversation data is processed by AI providers as needed and is not used for model training. Users can export or permanently delete all their data at any time from their account settings.
